Sovelle Studio is a trade name of Briette Atelier LLC(“Sovelle Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit sovellestudio.com (the “Site”), email us, request a fitting, or otherwise interact with us.

We keep this policy as plain as we can. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@sovellestudio.comand we’ll answer in plain language.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

When you email us, request an appointment or fitting, submit a partnership inquiry, or otherwise contact us, you may share:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Boutique or business name (for partnership inquiries)
• City, region, or shipping location
• Messages, preferences, and any other information you choose to send us

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our analytics and performance tools automatically collect limited technical information, including:

• IP address (often truncated or hashed by our providers) and approximate location
• Device type, browser, operating system, and screen size
• Referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and click events
• Performance metrics (page load, interaction latency)

We use this information to understand how the Site is used and to improve it. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Information collected via our partner platform

If you click “Become a Partner” or otherwise sign up at app.sovellestudio.com, you are using our separate boutique partner platform. That platform collects the information needed to evaluate and manage a wholesale relationship (for example, business name, tax ID, buyer contacts, and order history). Your use of the partner platform is governed by the terms and privacy notice presented there.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries, schedule fittings, and follow up after appointments
• Evaluate and onboard boutique partners
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
• Understand traffic and performance in aggregate
• Send occasional updates about Sovelle Studio when you’ve asked to hear from us
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and security issues
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only in the following situations:

• Service providers.Vendors who help us run the Site and our business — such as hosting, analytics, email, and scheduling tools — process information on our behalf under written terms that restrict their use of it.
• Affiliates. Information may be shared with entities under common control with Briette Atelier LLC for the purposes described in this policy.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sovelle Studio, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

4. Cookies & Similar Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) to keep the Site functioning, remember preferences, and measure performance. The main categories are:

• Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to load and function (e.g., security, session).
• Analytics & performance. Help us understand usage in aggregate. We currently use Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and Google Analytics. These tools set cookies or store identifiers to distinguish unique visits.

You can control cookies in your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works. You can also opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Site and our business. Categories include:

• Hosting and infrastructure (e.g., Vercel, Cloudflare)
• Analytics and performance (e.g., Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, Google Analytics)

• Scheduling and customer-relationship tools

Each of these providers handles information under its own terms. The Site may also contain links to third-party websites we don’t control; this policy doesn’t apply to those sites.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain our business records, and to comply with legal obligations. Inquiry and appointment records are generally kept for the duration of the conversation plus a reasonable follow-up period. Partner and transaction records are kept for as long as the partnership is active and for any period required by tax, accounting, or other applicable law.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we can’t guarantee the security of information transmitted to or from the Site.

8. Your Choices & Rights

You can:

• Ask us what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete information, subject to legal limits
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email
• Control cookies through your browser

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Colorado Privacy Act, Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, and similar U.S. state laws, or the EU/UK GDPR. These may include the right to access, correct, delete, port your data, or opt out of certain processing. We don’t sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@sovellestudio.com. We’ll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request. You may also authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please email us and we will delete it.

10. International Visitors

Sovelle Studio is based in the United States. If you visit the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Site, you consent to that transfer.

11. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. There isn’t yet a common industry standard for how sites should respond, so we do not currently respond to DNT signals.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. For material changes, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by posting a notice on the Site.
