Terms of Use
Last updated: April 15, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sovellestudio.comand any pages, content, or services we make available on it (together, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Briette Atelier LLC, doing business as Sovelle Studio (“Sovelle Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By visiting the Site or contacting us through it, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. What This Site Is
The Site is an informational and marketing site about Sovelle Studio’s made-to-measure bridal design and our boutique partnership program. It is not a store. No products are sold or offered for sale on the Site, and no prices are posted. Bridal fittings are available by appointment only at our New York studio, and any pricing or fitting terms are discussed directly with you or your boutique.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site or submit an inquiry. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site — including all text, design, layout, graphics, photographs, product images, logos, brand names, taglines, and underlying code — is owned by Briette Atelier LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. “Sovelle,” “Sovelle Studio,” and related marks are trademarks of Briette Atelier LLC.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Site for your own non-commercial use or for evaluating a potential wholesale or partnership relationship. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from the Site or any of its content without our prior written consent.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or related systems
- Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Site, except for well-behaved search engine indexing
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Reproduce our imagery, collection names, or written content for commercial use without our written permission
- Collect information about other users of the Site
5. Inquiries, Appointments & Submissions
When you email us, book a fitting, or submit a partnership inquiry, you are asking to start a conversation, not placing an order or forming a purchase contract. Any fitting, production, or wholesale arrangement is subject to a separate written agreement or order confirmation. We may decline or reschedule appointments at our discretion.
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant Sovelle Studio a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and incorporate that feedback for any business purpose, without obligation to you. Please don’t send us confidential information unless we’ve agreed in writing to receive it.
6. Boutique Partner Platform & Third-Party Links
The Site links to our boutique partner platform at app.sovellestudio.com and may link to other third-party websites or services. Those destinations are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, which you should review. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and all content on it are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
Product imagery, fabric descriptions, collection names, and other details are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual gowns are made to each bride’s measurements, and minor variation in fabric, hand, trim, and finish is an inherent part of made-to-measure bridal.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Briette Atelier LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Briette Atelier LLC and its affiliates, members, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, damage, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Sovelle Studio agree that any claim or action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
You and Sovelle Studio each waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or it is permanently barred.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Sovelle Studio regarding your use of the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them freely.
